Admission Procedure

• Candidates interested to apply any of the courses offered by the school need to apply in prescribed form available in the website.
• The duly filled in form must be submitted on or before the stipulated date as per the University/ Odisha Govt. norms.
• All necessary certificates, documents and photographs must be attached with the duly filled in application form.
• Violation of any rules and regulations regarding submission of application form may lead to outright rejection of the same.
• Admission shall be on the basis of merits and as per the prescribed admission rules.

• Attested photo copies of certificates and mark sheets of all earlier examination appeared starting from matriculation (Original of such must be produced for verification).
• College leaving certificates (CLC), Conduct Certificate and Migration Certificate (For outside sate students) in original issued from the institution last attended.
• Six numbers of passport size photographs and two stamp size photographs.
• Admission intimation letter earlier issued by the school in original.
• A general declaration and an Undertaking by Parents / Guardian in the prescribed form.
